SPOUSE-Susie.

After graduating from Purdue, I went to work for Union Carbide.  Carbide sold the Division I worked for and we became First Brands Corp.  In 1999, Clorox bought First Brands and I have worked for Clorox since the acquisition.  So I have worked for three different companies, but never actually changed jobs.  I have lived in Illinois, Arkansas, Georgia, Virginia, California and back to Virginia.  I have worked in Manufacturing, Engineering and in IT for the past 10 years as a business systems analyst.  A recent project assignment provided the opportunity to travel to Colombia, Costa Rica, Mexico and Puerto Rico.

Susie and I celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary this year.  No children, but plenty of pets.  I always try to have a golden retriever or two close.   Currently Danny and Emma are our two 5 ½ year old goldens.  We also have three cats (more Susie’s than mine).  We have a small antique / shabby chic business that keeps us busy.  I enjoy running to stay in shape.  We also try to hike as much as time allows in the beautiful Blue Ridge of Virginia or whatever mountains are near where we have lived.  I enjoy reading to relax and Susie and I love watching Masterpiece Classic or Mystery movies / mini-series.  Finally, I have a passion for studying and teaching Bible studies with a goal of encouraging believers and leading others to a saving faith in Christ.
