Cory (class of 72) and I are now living the retirement dream in Florida.   Our daughter Morgan and granddaughter Kaia live only four miles away.   Our son Lucas is in Kennewick, WA where we lived for 13 years.  He decided to stay when we moved to Florida. 

I am now a jewelry designer working mostly with wire, stones and lampwork beads that my sister Julie (class of 79) makes.   I also work at a stable feeding and cleaning up after horses, goats and chickens.  Kaia has been taking riding lessons there for 4 years and is much more comfortable on a horse than I am. 

I have two noisy, messy parrots, a bearded dragon and a grand-dog for pets.

We live only 20 miles from the beach and go as often as the weather and our schedules permit.  We also enjoy going to St. Augustine and strolling thru the art galleries.  (and whatever jewelry stores I can drag Cory into)

Children: Morgan Renee Aguilar (24), Lucas William (20), and 1 granddaughter, Kala Marie Aguilar (3). Currently I’m running a small café at a golf course and working one day a week at a pet store. I have been a groom for thoroughbred

race horses, a vet tech, bartender, waitress, loan officer and cashier.

Recently I tried my hand at eye surgery as a tech, but flying with the team made me ill so I’m back to restaurants and pets! I still love to create with my sewing machine, read and grow things. I am into lizards (currently have one) walking and rock hunting. I hike when I have time to drive three hours to the mountains and rehabilitate sick bearded dragons. I believe in God, strong family ties and have a US flag flying everyday of the year.
